Device application scenario
The overall rapid drying, preheating and moisture removal of the moulding sand box in the foundry industry after the box is closed;
Suitable for preheating of metal abrasive tools;
Suitable for heat preservation of molten iron, baking and preheatingof ladle;
Applicable to resin sand, quartz sand, sodium silicate sand and clay sand.
Brief description of the steps:
Connect the power-confirm the length of the connecting hose - lock the heat-sending pipe and the air outlet of the equipment securely-connect the heat-sending pipe to the sand box and wait for it to dry (dehumidified),combine and fix the sand box gate (the sand core can also be centrifuged to remove moisture), and determine the number of air inlets(hot air inlet) and risers (exhaust and dehumidification) according to the actual sand box gates and risers.- Turn on and use the equipment according to the operating instructions>wait for the cavity to dry->remove the hot air tube andpour in time.
